The modular hospital.
Designed by Andrepsramos.
More info about the original can be found on the Rebrickable website.
My modified version with a garage for the ambulance, instead of the cafe. Used a different color scheme. + A different flowerbed.
The ground floor:
The original has a small cafe, I’ve changed the area to a garage for the ambulance. Have made a different floor pattern at the front desk. Everything else is pretty much true to the instructions.
The 1st floor:
In the original model, there is a dentist on the first floor. I already have a dentist in the Assembly Square, so I’ve changed the room to a nursery.
The 2nd floor:
The original has one big operating room. I’ve made a small intensive care room and an operating room. The interior is a mix of the original from the instruction and from a mini ‘scenario’ / room made by a third-party brand.
The 3rd floor:
This floor is pretty much true to the instruction.
These three vehicles are all extra additions to the building.
I’m really happy with this build. A hospital is a must have in every Modular building city. The designer has done a great job. If you think this model would be a great addition to your city. Please don’t hesitate to buy the instructions
The hardcore AFOL, will by now have spotted that some of the parts are third-party.
I am well aware of the fandom views around supporting third-party brands and their way of working. I’m not here to promote them in any way. So they will remain named ‘Third-party brands’ Including the brands that have their own original designs.
I’m not going to defend my reasons for owning these third-party models. I’m here to share my love for the modular building series and the MOC’s build by creative fans.
If you are a really passioned AFOL, and can’t see past the ‘third-party’ thing. Please keep calm and carry on.
If I’ve featured one of your creations, and you don’t wish to be featured on my blog. Please get in touch and I’ll remove the post.
